Totem House sleeps 4 to 6 guests in 162.87 m². Children aged 0 to 3 stay free. Ages 4 to 11 are COP 100,000 per night and ages 12 and over COP 150,000 per night, always within the villa's maximum capacity.
The villa has jacuzzi, 2 queen beds, lookout terrace, wifi, towels, bathrobes, shampoo, espresso machine, welcome drinks, breakfast and in-room refrigerator. Every villa includes brunch, an Atma welcome cocktail, the boat transfer from Marina Navegar and use of the dock and common areas.
From COP 1,440,000 per night, taxes included, depending on dates and occupancy. The booking page shows the price in Colombian pesos, US dollars or euros with live availability.
Totem House is reached by road in your own or a rented vehicle, not by boat. From Medellín it is about 1.5 hours on the Medellín–Bogotá highway to the El Peñol and Guatapé turnoff. When your booking is confirmed we send exact directions to the villa and, if you prefer, help you arrange a vehicle.
Yes, Totem House has a reservoir view and a private jacuzzi. It belongs to the Connection Sanctuaries collection.
Yes, we are pet friendly. The fee is COP 150,000 per pet per night and includes a bed for your pet.
The rate is non-refundable. Date changes are allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability and possible additional charges. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. Promotional rates cannot be refunded or changed.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability with a 30% surcharge.
